Ladies and Gentlemen, This will be an interesting year at all levels of USA Hockey. Be prepared to call the
NEW Standard of Rules Enforcement. If you see it, call it. The gray area that used to exist is no more. Consistency is
the main thing we are looking for here. By the time the rink opens, most of us will have worked some games. As you know, most
coaches understand the changes ( even though they may not like them ), and are ready for the penalties to be called. There
will be evaluators in the area for some of the DVHL games this year, so be on time and ready to 15 minutes prior to game time
please.
